摘 要:通过对机械系统、液压系统、电气控制系统和在线冷却系统等的研发设计,开发出经济型的厚板在线冷却搅拌摩擦焊机,并成功实现15 mm厚AZ31镁合金厚板的高质量焊接。与普通搅拌摩擦焊机相比,采用厚板在线冷却搅拌摩擦焊机获得的接头表面光亮、无发黄现象,接头焊核区和热影响区的平均晶粒尺寸分别减小46%、33%,接头抗拉强度和冲击吸收功分别增加31%、58%。With the research and design of machinery system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and online cooling system, the economical online cooling friction stir welding machine for thick plates was developed. AZ31 alloy plates with the thickness of 15 mm were successfully welded with high-quality. Compared with ordinary friction stir welding machine, the economical online cooling friction stir welding machine could make the weld seam get light without yellowing, and make the average grain size of the weld seam in the nugget zone and heat affected zone reduces by 46 % and 33%, respectively. Moreover, it could make the tensile strength and impact energy of the weld seam increase by 31% and 58%, respectively.
