摘 要:研制了两种用于支撑辊堆焊、熔敷金属含铬量低于10%的耐磨药芯埋弧焊丝NM-1A和NM-1B。在降低焊丝铬含量的同时,采用微量W-Mo-Nb进行增强。通过金相分析、硬度试验、滑动磨损试验对堆焊层金属显微组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明:两种焊丝堆焊金属的组织均为马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物,NM-1A焊缝的晶粒比NM-1B的细,NM-1B的残奥量比NM-1A要多。两种焊丝堆焊层的平均硬度均达50 HRC;在无润滑滑动磨损条件下的耐磨性与淬火的45钢相当,且NM-1B的耐磨性优于NM-1A。这两种焊丝的性能均满足用户的要求,NM-1B的成本更低。NM-1A and NM-1B-two types of wearing-resistant flux cored submerged arc welding wires with less than 10% Cr content--for building up rollers were developed. Both the types of welding wires were strengthened with trace amounts of W-Mo-Nb when Cr content was lowered. The structures and properties of the surfacing layers were studied by metallographic analysis, hardness testing and sliding wear-resistance experiments. The results show that the deposited metals on both types of welding wires contain martensite, retained austenite phase and carbides. The grain size of NM-1A is smaller than that of NM-1B, whereas NM-1B has more retained austenite. The average hardness of the surfacing layers reaches 50HRC for both types of welding wires. Under non-lubricated sliding wearing conditions, both welding wires demonstrate equivalent wear-resistance as the quenched 45 steel, while NM-1B surpasses NM-1A's wear-resistance. Both types of welding wires perform adequately in meeting the customer's requirements, with NM-1B having lower cost.
