摘 要:本实验研究狗舌草水提取液对染铅小鼠的排铅药效学作用及狗舌草对重要器官组织的保护作用。方法:使用60只18~22 g合格昆明种小鼠,雄雌各半,按体重随机分组分为6组,自然饮食0.1%醋酸铅溶液连续15天,建立铅中毒小鼠模型。建模成功后,以灌胃的方式给予试药组小鼠狗舌草水提液,在给药30天后通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定试药组与模型组的血铅浓度,数据进行t检验;并进行组织切片观察狗舌草对重要器官组织的影响。结果:狗舌草水提液可以降低小鼠的血铅浓度,狗舌草水提液对染铅小鼠的肝脑肾组织没有破坏性损伤作用。结论:狗舌草水提液能够产生排铅药效学作用,并且没有对重要器官组织造成损害。Objective: this experiment studied the lead-excreting effect of kennel grass aqueous extracts to the lead intoxicated mice and the protective effect to vital organic tissues. Methods: Sixty 18-22 g qualified Kunming mice which were composed of male and female in equal were divided at random into six group by weight, which were taken a normally diet within 0.1 % lead acetic acid solution for 15 days in order to establish lead poisoning mice model. After the success of modeling, the mice were treated by means of dosing kennel grass aqueous extracts in i.g for thirteen days. The blood lead levels of drug group and control group graphite were tested by furnace atomic absorption spectrometer, and t-test for them was performed. Result: Biopsy observation indicated that kennel grass aqueous extracts had no destructive damage effect to vital organs. Conclusion: the kennel grass aqueous extracts can reduce the blood lead levels in mice and there is no damage to vital organic tissues.
