建设终身体育社会的价值研究

摘　　要：西方国家的群众性体育经过了以"人人拥有体育权利"为主旨的大众体育阶段,正在形成以个体自我发展、满足多种体育生活方式为主旨的终身体育阶段,以实现终身体育社会为发展目标。我国群众性体育活动虽然也经历了以职工体育为特征的群众体育阶段和以社会参与为主旨的社会体育阶段,但对终身体育的认识与实践还处于初级阶段,终身体育社会还远没有形成。由于我国体育发展的特殊过程,终身体育自引入我国以来,其实践领域主要被限定在学校体育中,这与西方社会较为和谐的学校体育与社会体育发展关系有很大不同,应该说我国比较狭隘的社会体育观念制约了终身体育在我国的发展。目前我国正在推进体育强国战略,终身体育社会是体育强国战略目标的具体化,对实现体育强国战略目标具有重要意义。研究认为,终身体育社会具有丰富、多元的体育价值观与体育文化,是形成现代社会体育文化的基础,是实现人的全面发展的重要途径。以终身体育社会为目标,是我国社会体育发展的方向。最后指出,建设终身体育社会需要国家政策的保障和支持,建设终身体育社会是一个多途径、多目标、长期的过程。After the mass sports development has gone through the popular sports phase in the developed western countries,whose purport is that everybody owns sport right,the lifelong sport phase is taking the shape of individual development and realization and the satisfaction of various sport lifestyle,whose development objective is to achieve lifelong sport society.Although we have undergone the phases of mass sports featuring staff sports and social sports aiming at social participation,it is still in its infancy for the cognition and practice toward lifelong sport.After the introduction of lifelong sport concept to our country,the main field of study and practice is limited to school physical education as a result of the special process of our country sports development,which is very different from the more harmonious development relationship between school physical education and social sports in the western society,and the development of lifelong sport in china should be restricted by the narrower conception of social sports.Lifelong sport society is the embodiment of the sports power objective in the process of boosting sports power strategy in China,so it is significant to realize the objective of sports power.The study shows that lifelong sport society,which owns plentiful diverse sports value and culture,is the base of forming modern sports culture and an important channel to realize the all-round development of human being;the development direction of our social sports is lifelong sport society;building lifelong sport society is a multi-path,multi-objective and longterm process and it needs the protection and support of national policies.
