摘 要:预应力车削是一种可以调整工件表面残余应力的加工方法,为了了解预应力对螺杆结构加工残余应力分布的影响,对螺杆不同部位预应力分布进行理论分析,并推导相应的计算公式,通过加载不同预应力的螺杆预应力车削试验,证明了螺杆预应力对残余应力分布的作用,并分析对比预应力以及残余应力的变化,试验结果验证了理论的准确性。结合螺杆疲劳破坏的产生特点,讨论预应力分布对疲劳强度的影响,认为预应力车削有利于提高螺杆疲劳强度。Pre-stress machine is a processing methods which can adjust residual stress of workpiece. In order to understand screw residual stress distribution by pre-stress machine, pre-stressed distributed in different places of a screw was theoretically analyzed and derived corresponding calculation formulas. Screw turning experiments loaded with different pre-stress proved the effect of pre-stress of screw to distribution of residual stresses, and then change between pre-stress and residual stress was analyzed and compared. The experimental results verified accuracy of above theory analysis. Finally,it was discussed that the effect of pre-stress distribution to fatigue strength, and it was thought that pre-stress machine is helpful to improve fatigue strength of screw.
