摘  要:以7寸套管气密封检测工具为研究对象,通过分析影响胶筒回弹性能的因素,提出3种方案使气密封检测工具的上胶筒回弹速度快于下胶筒,即增大上胶筒硬度(减小下胶筒硬度),补强上胶筒,在上胶筒中添加尼龙纤维和增大上胶筒与滑套接触面积。研究表明,在维持原胶筒物理性能(弹性模量、泊松比)不变的前提下,改变下胶筒与滑套接触面面积的大小可以实现非对称解封。为有效解决该工具在现场解封过程中存在被顶出套管这一问题提供了思路,减小经济损失的同时,有利于提高气密封检测过程的安全性与稳定性。Take gas seal testing instrument for 7in casing pipe as the research object, analyze the factors which influence the rub- ber' s property of rebound, and came up with three solutions to make the upper rubber' s rebound speed faster than the lower one' s. The first method is increase hardness of the upper rubber or decrease hardness of the lower one, the second is through add nylon fiber in rubber to enhance its strength, the third is increase the contact surface area of rubber and sliding sleeve. The re- search findings show that if keep the rubber's material performance constant, can realize the asymmetrical remove sealed through change the contact surface area of rubber and sliding sleeve. It has provide a thinking for figure out the problem effective which the instrument may rush out from casing pipe when testing, it also can decrease the economic loss and improve the security of tes- ting process greatly at the same time.
