社区参与视角的红色旅游开发与新农村建设互动模式研究——以韶山为例

摘　　要：韶山红色旅游开发有利于新农村居民传承红色基因和提升政治素养,有利于推进新农村的经济社会发展、精神文明建设和生活环境改善;新农村建设可以丰富韶山红色旅游的内涵、增强红色旅游的参与性、扩展红色旅游的空间、弘扬红色精神。以韶山红色旅游开发与新农村建设的密切联系为研究基础,以社区参与为视角,以实现三大效益为目标,以社区居民为主体,以社区参与为抓手,以红色旅游开发与新农村建设有机融合为途径,以政府主导为保障,构建红色旅游开发与新农村建设的良性互动模式,进而促进韶山实现协调永续发展。Developing red tourism in Shaoshan benefits new rural residents in the inheritance of red gene and the improvement of political quality.Besides,it promotes the economic and social development,the construction of spiritual civilization and the reforming of living environment in new countryside.By constructing new countryside,the connotation of Shaoshan as a red tourism area can be enriched,participation in red tourism can be extended,the space for red tourism can be expanded,also the red spirit can be carried forward.Doing research on the basis of the development of Shaoshan red tourism and the close tie with new countryside construction,with the goal of realizing the Three Big＇Benefits,community residents as the main body,starting from the perspective of community participation,by way of the organic integration of red tourism development with new countryside construction,safeguarded by the government-leading,is to construct benign interaction in the development of red tourism and the construction of new countryside,and to promote the realization of harmonious and sustainable development in Shaoshan.
