摘  要:为了探讨嗜酸乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.1878)的免疫活性及对肉仔鸡机体抗氧化能力的影响,口腔灌服乳酸杆菌后,采集肠道黏膜样品及血清和肝组织,检测了肠道黏膜s Ig A的含量及血清及肝组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)的水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果显示,嗜酸乳酸杆菌1.1878显著提高了空肠和回肠黏膜s Ig A的含量(P<0.05),嗜酸乳酸杆菌1.1878口腔灌服后,肉仔鸡血清和肝中GSH-Px的活力没有显著差异,而血清和肝组织T-AOC及SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),MDA显著降低(P<0.05)。这些结果表明,嗜酸乳酸杆菌1.1878可增强肠道黏膜免疫功能和机体的抗氧化性能。In order to study immune activities of Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.1878 and antioxidant capacity in broiler chicks,samples of the intestinal mucous,serum and liver were collected after L.acidophilus 1.1878 was orally administered to broiler chicks.Secretory immunoglobulin A(s Ig A) content in the intestinal mucous,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),level of MDA and activity of SOD and GSH-Px were determined.The results showed that s Ig A(ileum) was higher in broiler chicks administered L.acidophilus 1.1878 compared with control(P〈0.05).No significant differences were observed in GSH-Px between the treatment and the control.The concentration of T-AOC and activity of SOD increased significantly(P〈0.05),while the level of MDA was reduced significantly by L.acidophilus 1.1878 supplementation(P〈0.05).These results indicate L.acidophilus 1.1878 can enhance immune functions of intestinal mucous and antioxidant capacity in broiler chicks.
