摘 要:在炼油过程中,加工路线不同,或者产品结构差别,都会影响了炼油厂的生产效益,因此以效益最大化为目标物料优化是现代炼油厂必须足够重视的工作。APS(Advanced Planning System,炼化物料优化与排产系统)系统:面向炼化业务,以计划优化为重点,以业务操作流程为导向,基于线性、非线性规划等数学方法,实现从原料采购、生产加工到产品销售整体经济效益优化,实现了"优化-计划-效益测算"的集成和衔接,实现了生产计划业务的全流程管理。The world's oil refining enterprise production and operation management is undergoing profound changes. It has entered the era of intelligent manufacturing and information integration. Production and operation optimization work need a large amount of data to support accurate benefit evaluation for equipment, products, and production plan. The APS system is widely applied to the optimization of refining enterprise. The system can convert those to a linear programming problem giving full consideration to the actual production of a variety of factors and constraints. Then it can be solved by some solver of the system. Complex oil refining problems can be solved easily by this system. The APS system can design optimized production plan for enterprise.
