摘 要:多金属氧硫化矿选矿厂选矿废水产量较大,为高效处理该选矿废水,开展了生物药剂协同氧化工艺处理选矿废水的试验研究。结果表明,废水经该工艺处理后,COD、重金属离子浓度、悬浮固体及pH等各项指标均满足国家和企业标准,达到地表水Ⅲ类水质标准;成本核算表明处理每吨选矿废水其药剂成本约为1.11元,比较经济合理;净化水的开路及闭路浮选试验表明,净化水的浮选结果与生产水的结果十分相近,表明净化水与生产水性质接近,可回用于企业浮选生产,实现选矿废水的零排放。A large number of beneficiation wastewater was produced by a polymetallic concentrator. To purification the wastewater, wastewater treatment methods using biological agents cooperated with oxidizing agent were conducted. The results showed that COD, heavy metal ion concentration, SS and pH met the standards required by the state and enterprises. And the water attained III surface water quality standard. The costing results showed that the drug costs were about 1 .I 1 RMB/t, which is relatively economical and reasonable. Open and closed-circuit flotation tests of purified water showed that fresh water flotation results are very similar to that of purified water indicating that the nature of purified water and fresh water were close. Waste water after treatment can be reused lbr the enterprise flotation, achieving the zero emissions of wastewater.
