摘　　要：我国宏观调控体系是随着社会主义市场经济的发展而不断健全和完善的,在经济发展进入新常态的情况下,进一步创新和完善宏观调控体制势在必行。要坚持需求管理和供给管理并重,把产业政策和竞争政策有机结合起来,大胆探索创新政策工具,盘活存量、用好增量,有保有压、有扶有控,保持经济运行在合理区间,推动结构调整优化,提高经济质量效益。China＇s macro- control system is perfected gradually with the development of socialist market economy,the economic development must adjust itself to the requirements of a ＂new normal＂phase,it is the inevitable trend to further innovate and perfect the macro- control system. We may lay equal stress on demand management and supply management,organically combined industrial policy with competition policy,boldly innovate the policy tools,revitalize the stock resources and make good use of increments,maintain expenditures in some areas while reducing them in others,keep the economy functioning within the proper range,promote the structural adjustment and improve economic efficiency.
