摘　　要：创新英国是英国的独立创新部门,其工作职责是对创新企业进行资助与支持以促进可持续的经济增长。本文以创新英国的组织实践为例,阐述英国在转向创新驱动的发展模式过程中,如何将诸如创新英国的国家创新机构置于创新系统的核心位置,并持续发挥这些机构在各个领域中的引领作用,以使命导向的组织模式积极创造与构建新兴市场。Innovate UK is Britain＇s independent innovation agency,its jobs are is to fund and support enterprise and promote sustainable economic growth. This article elaborated the development process of UK towards innovation drive model,how Britain to put national institution such as Innovate UK at the core of the innovation system,and continue to play the leading role in various fields,to actively create and build the emerging markets in mission-driven organization mode.
