摘 要:采用球磨法在NdFeB中成功添加不同含量的La元素,利用VSM对不同La添加量和球磨时间的混合磁体性能进行研究。实验结果表明,当La添加量为3%时,样品的饱和磁化强度最大,矫顽力最小,当La添加量为7%时,饱和磁化强度最小,矫顽力最大。添加La在5%以下时样品矫顽力均大于NdFeB,饱和磁化强度在球磨时间为2.5h除7%添加量时均大于NdFeB。当添加量达到7%后,矫顽力增大幅度大,饱和磁化强度减小。The effect of La addition on the magnetic properties of the NdFeBLa was studied,according to NdFeBLa with different content of elements of composition,to replace the VSM to determine the magnetic properties change. The La element was added by ball milling method. The experimental results showed that when the content was 3% of La,there was the saturation magnetization of the sample was maximum with the minimum coercivity,when the content was 7% of La,saturation magnetization was minimum with maximum coercivity. Addition of La at the 5% below,the coercivity was larger than Nd Fe B,the saturation magnetization was greater than NdFeB in the ball milling time of 2. 5 h in addition of7%. When adding amount reached 7%,the coercivity increased greatly,reduced the saturation magnetization.
