摘 要:利用聚合物插层法,在水浴加热的条件下把Al^(3+)和Cr^(3+)加入到碱性溶液中制备出Al-OH,-OH,Al-Cr-OH聚合羟基阳离子,制备出不同Al^(3+)/(Al^(3+)+Cr^(3+))比值的柱撑蒙脱土,并借助X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构性能进行了表征。利用合成的柱撑蒙脱土进行了模拟靛蓝印染污水处理实验,并探究了最佳实验条件。结果表明:Al-OH,Cr-OH,Al-Cr-OH聚合羟基阳离子柱撑蒙脱土的层间距离明显增大,对靛蓝有较强的吸附能力;p H值对靛蓝的吸附影响较大,酸性条件下吸附较好;Al/Cr=2时柱撑蒙脱土对靛蓝去除率高达97.48%。Using polymer intercalation method,Al^(3+)and Cr^(3+) were added to the alkaline solution for the preparation of Al- OH,heated in water bath under the condition of Al- OH,Cr- OH,Al- Cr- OH polyhydroxy cation,different Al^(3+)/(Al^(3+)+ Cr^(3+)) ratios of pillared montmorillonite were prepared. By means of X ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),the structural properties were characterized. The indigo printing and dyeing wastewater treatment experiments was simulated using the synthesized pillared montmorillonite,conducted to explore the optimal experimental conditions. The results showed that Al- OH,Cr- OH,Al- Cr- OH polymerization distance hydroxyl cation pillared montmorillonite interlayer increased obviously,with a strong adsorption capacity on indigo,the values of p H affected the adsorption of indigo remarkably,and acidic conditions caused better adsorption,Al/Cr = 2Pillared Montmorillonite had indigo removal rate as high as 97. 48%.
