摘 要:通过测定细辛不同部位中十种金属元素的含量,分析金属元素与其功效的关系。采用HNO3-HCl O4(4∶1)的湿法消化法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法和氢化物原子吸收光谱法两种方法同时测定。结果表明:十种金属元素的标准曲线线性关系良好,加标回收率在90.6%~110.9%之间,精密度良好。细辛地下部分Ca、Fe含量明显高于地上部分。细辛具有祛风散寒、通窍止痛功效与其含有丰富的Ca、Fe和Mg金属元素有密切关系,为进一步开发细辛药用价值提供实验依据。To explore the relationship between metal elements and the effects of Asarum sieboldii Miq.,the samples were wet digested with HNO_3- HClO_4 mixed acid(4∶1) as digestive juice before the determination. Result showed that the linear correlations of standard curves were good,the recovery( n = 9) was 90. 3% ~ 110. 9%,the results were satisfactory. This method was rapid,simple and has a good precision,so it is able to meet the requirements for analysis.The experimental results showed that the content of Ca and Fe elements in the underground parts were significantly higher than that in the aerial parts of Asarum sieboldii Miq. The rich metal elements( Ca、Fe and Mg) in Asarum sieboldii Miq.were closely related to its effects of expelling wind and cold,orifice- unblocking and analgesia,which can provide experimental basis for the further development of medicinal value of Asarum sieboldii Miq.
