摘 要:采用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪,建立了测定有机产品中微量氯的分析方法。考察了方法的重复性和准确性,并用该方法测定实际试样中微量氯的含量。实验结果表明,氯含量标准曲线具有良好的线性,线性相关系数r为0.9952,线性范围0.5~100 mg/kg,实际试样加标回收率为91.67%~98.19%,相对标准偏差为3.73%~5.52%(n=5)。并将测定结果与ASTM D7359-2013进行了对比,分析结果基本吻合。本方法适用于有机产品中微量氯的测定。A method was developed for the determination of trace chlorine in organic products by monochromatic wavelength dispersive X- ray fluorescence spectrometry. The repeatability and accuracy of this method were investigated.The method analyzed actual samples. The experimental results showed that linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0. 9952. The linear range of the standard curve was 0. 5 ~ 100. 0 mg / kg. The recoveries of standard addition were91. 67% ~ 98. 19%. The relative standard deviations( RSD) were 3. 73% ~ 5. 52%( n = 5). The results from ASTM D7359- 2013 were consistent to the method. This method had been successfully applied to the determination of trace chlorine in organic products.
