摘　　要：根据学校建设高水平"地方性、应用型"大学的办学指导思想,结合地方高水平大学建设和即将开展的"十三五"专业建设规划,从化学工程与工艺专业本科生教育的实际出发,以"工程性、技术性、生产性、应用型"为人才培养目标,结合专业建设面临的困难、指导思想、建设目标、建设内容、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式、教学方式方法及实践能力培养等方面,探讨人才培养急需解决的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。According to the school construction of high level for ＂ local,practical＂ managerial guiding ideology at the university,combined with the high- level university construction of ＂ Thirteen Five Year Plan＂ professional construction plan,from the reality of Chemical Engineering and Technology major undergraduate education, taking ＂ physical,technical,production,applying ＂ as the personnel training target,the professional construction difficulties,guiding ideology,construction goal,construction content,teacher team construction,personnel training mode,teaching method and practice ability,etc.,were discussed,and the corresponding solution countermeasures for chemical engineering and technology professional development planning and construction were proposed to provide certain reference.
