摘　　要：网络环境下,高校图书馆的信息服务工作出现了馆藏资源虚拟化、用户需求不断提高、服务对象社会化等新特点。要丰富数字馆藏资源,对用户进行信息素养教育,提高馆员服务能力、优化馆员知识结构、提升素质,以用户需求为主、提供个性化服务,善于利用博客、微博、微信等新媒体介质,从而加强高校图书馆的信息服务工作。In network environment,the information service of university library shows new features,such as the virtualization of resources,the increasing demand of users,and socialization of the service,etc. For providing better service,libraries should enrich their resources,improve the quality of librarians,and fully play the role of new media to meet readers＇ requirement.
