摘　　要：在文化意识日益多元化的今天,转变文化发展方式,促进文化改革发展进程,是落实党的十八届五中全会精神和习近平同志系列重要讲话精神的重要举措,更是推进"四个全面"战略布局在文化领域的重要实践。要进一步转变发展观念,更新文化改革理念导向;完善发展机制,加强文化改革内部动力;拓展发展平台,增强文化改革外部活力;共享发展成果,增强文化改革整体效果。只有这样才能够更有效地促进我国整体文化实力的提升,为全面建成小康社会、中华民族文化的伟大复兴奠定坚实的基础。For the cultural awareness is getting diverse moting the reform of Chinese culture industry are important today, changing the way of cultural development and promeasures to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary of the 18th central committee of CPC and Xi Jinping＇ s important speeches, which also contribute to the practice of the ＂four overall＂ strategy in the field of culture industry. Therefore, we should renew concept, perfect mechanisms, broaden platform and share the achievements of cultural development to improve the soft power of Chinese culture and lay foundations for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
