黑龙江省水土资源承载力综合评价及空间分异特征研究

摘　　要：水土资源承载力研究是土地科学和水资源科学研究的重要问题,研究水土资源承载力有助于深入了解水土资源的利用结构和分布规律,从而合理调整水资源供给和土地利用转变,有效促进社会经济与环境和谐发展。采用改进的DPSIR水土资源承载力指标体系,并利用时序全局因子分析方法,对黑龙江省水土资源承载力进行综合评价,深入分析各个子系统和各地区水土资源承载力的演化规律。结果表明:1由各个子系统共同作用形成的水土资源承载力系统,使黑龙江省水土资源利用方式向着更合理的方向发展,其中各子系统的作用形成明显的层次。2东北振兴战略实施以来,黑龙江省各地区水土资源承载力的变化呈现"N"字型态势,其演化阶段可以分为:增长期、衰落期和反弹期。同时水土资源承载力与各地区水土资源利用方式的差异性存在较强的关联性。3水土资源承载力具有明显的空间分异特征,黑龙江省西部、北部和南部水土资源承载力在不断地提高,东部水土资源承载力相对较弱;总体而言,近年来黑龙江省水土资源承载力发展整体趋于良性,呈上升态势。Research on the carrying capacity of soil and water resources is an important issue of land science and water resources science,which can help us to understand the structure and distribution of the use of land and water resources,rationalize the supply of water resources and land use change,and effectively promote the harmonious development of the social economy and environment.In this paper,the improved DPSIR indicator system for the carrying capacity of soil and water resources and the sequential global factor analysis method are used to comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,the evolution of the various subsystems and regional in the carrying capacity of land and water resources are deeply analyzed.The results showed：1The carrying capacity system of soil and water resources is formed by each subsystems,which makes the utilization of soil and water resources in Heilongjiang Province toward a more reasonable direction.2Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the Northeast,the carrying capacity of soil and water resources has changed in various regions in Heilongjiang Province.It presents an＂N＂shaped trend,and can be divided into stages of evolution：growth,decline and rebound of the period.3The carrying capacity of soil and water resources has obvious spatial differentiation,which constantly increased in the western,northern and southern Heilongjiang province,but it is relatively weak in the east of Heilongjiang province;In generally,the development of the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in Heilongjiang province tends to be good and shows a rising tendency in the past few years.
