京津冀协同发展背景下河北省人才资源现状及回流对策

摘　　要：河北省在社会经济发展过程中一直面临着人才流失率高、回流率低的现状,这对河北的社会经济发展带来了极其不利的影响,并成为制约河北省跟进京津冀协同发展战略的基础性问题。通过对河北省人才资源现状问题研究和人才流动影响因素分析,提出加快河北省人才回流的对策,有助于促进京津冀人才协同发展,为推动京津冀协同发展提供智力支撑。Socio-economic development in Hebei Province has been facing the current situation of high-rate brain drain and low-rate reflux, which has an extremely negative impact on socio-economic development in Hebei and has become a fundamental problem to restrict Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province collaborative development strategy. By analyzing the status of human resource research and talent flow factors in Hebei, we try to propose a solution to helping Hebei Province speed up the brain gain, promote the development of talent in collaborative development in Beijing, Tianjin and hebei, and provide intellectual support for promoting collaborative development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
