摘　　要：在综述贫困人口,尤其是城镇贫困人口问题研究文献基础上,对城镇贫困人口预警问题进行研究。根据主成分分析法,构建河南省贫困人口预警模型,并对其判别效果进行比较分析。根据模型结果提出河南省城镇贫困居民摆脱低收入的对策。The paper, after reviewing the researches in the subject of poverty-stricken population, especially, of urban impoverished people, addresses the issue of early warning. According to the method of principal component analysis, it attempts to construct an early warning model for poverty-stricken population in Henan Province, and studies the model＇ s effect of poverty differentiation. With the result achieved by the model, it offers countermeasures for those people to increase their incomes and lift themselves from poverty.
