摘　　要：焦炉集气管压力是炼焦生产中最为重要的调解环节和控制参数,其压力调解效果的好坏直接影响到焦炉的生产和设备的安全。采用计算机技术、自动控制技术、变频调速技术构成了焦炉集气管压力自动调解系统,可实现焦炉煤气总管吸力、鼓冷鼓风机频率、焦炉集气管压力的自动协调控制,其对焦炉集气管系统进行有效调节,充分保障了生产、安全的需要。The pressure of coke oven gas collector is the most important parameters of the mediation and control in the coking production. The effect of pressure mediation affect directly the safety of production and equipment of the coke oven. The automatic control system of gas collector pressure of coke oven is consist of computer technology,automatic control technology and frequency conversion technology,which can be used to achieve the goal of the automatic coordinated control of the coke oven gas manifold suction,the drum cold blower frequency and coke oven collecting main pressure. The effective regulation of coke oven gas collector system can be obtained through the system.
