摘 要:输电线路的覆冰引起各类冰害事故严重危害了我国电力系统的安全运行,目前使用的融冰方法大多需要停电进行,这使处于冬季高峰期的用电更加紧张。针对这一问题,提出一种原理与电流互感器相近的特种融冰"变流器",基于这种融冰变流器提出一种新的不停电融冰方法,此方法可实现多分裂导线不停电御冰及融冰,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建其仿真模型,对仿真结果进行了分析,验证了其可行性。The icing of the transmission line and the various ice damage caused by the transmission seriously endanger the safe operation of our country's power system,and most of the de-icing method requires power off,which makes the winter peak of power more intense. To address this issue,a special converter which principle is similar to current transformer is put forward,and based on this de-icing converter a new method of de-icing on power is proposed. For the multi-bundle conductor,this method can achieve de-icing without power off. Based on this theory,the simulation results are analyzed and the feasibility and superiority of this method is verified by building its simulation model in PSCAD/EMTDC.
