摘 要:采用电容完全补偿法,对某核电厂安装的500 k V/400 MVA大容量主变压器进行现场工频1.1倍额定电流的过电流试验,大幅降低了所需电源容量,使现场进行此项试验具备了可行性。根据此电容补偿计算结果设计了该变压器现场过电流试验方案,并成功进行了现场试验,试验结果证实补偿效果良好,补偿计算方法准确有效。The overcurrent site test on a 500 k V/400 MVA high power main transformer installed at on nuclear power plant is performed at 1.1 times rated current and power frequency by way of full capaci-tance compensation,thus reducing the power capacity needed dramatically and keeping the test at site feasible. In this paper,the scheme of site over current test for the transformer is designed based on the capacitance compensation calculation result and the site is performed successfully. It is proved by the test result that the compensation result is good and compensation and calculation method is accurate and effective.
