摘 要:针对电网电压不平衡时,永磁同步风力发电机组并网变流器直流侧电压存在2倍频的波动,进而造成网侧交流输入电流产生3次谐波,输出功率波动等问题,分别提出了以抑制输出有功功率、无功功率的2倍频波动和负序电流分量为控制目标的控制策略。系统采用双闭环控制策略,外环采用径向基(RBF)神经网络自整定PI控制器,内环采用准比例谐振电流调节器(PR)。在电网电压不平衡时通过对永磁同步风力发电系统网侧变流器的仿真和对比分析,验证了所提新型控制策略的正确性及有效性。When grid voltage is unbalanced, the presence of the double frequency fluctuations in DC side voltage of grid-connecting converter for permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), result in AC input current appears third harmonics and power fluctuations.To solve the problem, proposed independent control targets: restrain the double supply frequency oscillations of active power, restrain the double supply frequency oscillations of reactive power, restrain the negative sequence current component. Used double-loop control strategy based on different control objectives, the self-tuning PI controller based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network was used in outer loop and the modified proportional resonant (PR) regulator was adopted in inner loop. The simulations and contrastive analysis of the grid-side converter for PMSG system were used to verify the validity and efficiency of the proposed control strategy.
