摘　　要：马德龙病是一种罕见的脂肪代谢异常的疾病,目前最为有效的治疗是手术切除。由于马德龙病主要造成气管压迫,术后易复发,其麻醉有其特殊性。近年来国内关于马德龙病的麻醉处理的相关研究较少,尚无统一的专家共识。现将我院诊治的一例马德龙病的麻醉处理报告如下并做文献分析。Madelung＇s disease is a rare disease of abnormal fat metabolism, and recently,its most effective treatment is surgical resection. One of the major clinical manifestations is tracheal compression,so the anesthesia of Madelung＇s disease has its own particularity because of easy relapse after operation. There are few relative researches about the anesthesia of Madelung＇s disease in our country at present,and until now a united acknowledgment has not been reached. After reviewed the literature, we describe a case of Madelung＇s disease about its anesthetic management.
