摘　　要：随着高校普遍建设了电子校务系统,电子文件的自动归档是学校档案信息化的重要工作。本文运用Java、数据库、网络传输等综合技术,对高校电子校务环境下文件归档系统进行设计与实现,并着重介绍了该系统的流程设计,以及数据采集、自动鉴定、标准转换的具体实现方法。With the development of electronic school management system in universities and colleges, automatic filing is one of the most important work in archive informationization. This system, by using the Java,Database, Network transmission technology, designs and implements the filing system in the context of electronic school management. This paper focuses on introducing the process design, and expounds on the realizing method for data acquisition, automatic identification and standard conversion.
