摘　　要：安徽省通过高标准基本农田建设,增加了耕地面积,提高了耕地质量和粮食产量,改善了农业生产条件,有利于农地流转和农业规模化经营,促进了农民增收和农村居住环境的改善,支持了美好乡村建设。但也存在没有项目实施主体、目标要求高、投入标准低、重建轻管、工程效益低等问题。在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,安徽省高标准农田建设可以从以下方面建设和管理:明确实施主体;拓宽融资渠道;强化农田基础设施建设;切实提升高标准农田"软实力"的建设水平;因地制宜地建设特色高标准农田模式;注重建管并举。The construction of high standard ecological farmland in Anhui Province has increased the quantity and quality of farmland as well as grain output and improved the conditions of agricultural production,which is beneficial for farmland transfer and agricultural scale management,and for the increase of farmers＇ incomes and improvement of rural residential environment,and supports the construction of beautiful countryside.However,there are some problems appearing in the process of construction,including lack of principle body in implementation,high goals and low standards of input,valuing construction above management,low benefit and so on.Therefore,successful experience of foreign countries should be learned to promote the construction and management of high standard ecological farmland in Anhui,for instance,defining the principal body of implementation,expanding financing channels,strengthening the construction of farmland infrastructure,earnestly enhancing the level of ＂soft power＂construction of the farmland,establishing specific farmland modes according to local conditions,and paying equal attention to both construction and management.
