摘 要:旅游解说系统是旅游目的地诸要素中重要的组成部分,是沟通游客与旅游目的地之间的重要桥梁及影响游客旅游体验质量和衡量景区服务质量的重要因素。以九华山风景区为例,调查研究游客对景区导游解说、解说牌、印刷品和游客服务中心四个方面感知程度,提出通过提高景区导游人员综合服务能力、完善景区标识系统管理、突出解说媒介的景区特色、重视景区游客接待中心规划、开设智能解说系统,强化景区网站建设等举措以提高游客对景区旅游解说系统满意度,对九华山风景区建立良好旅游解说系统及对我国景区旅游解说系统实践提供参考借鉴。A sone of key elements of tourist destination,tourist description system is an important bridge of communication between tourists and tourist destination,and also an important factor influencing tourists' experience and measuring the quality of services provided by scenic areas.Taking Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area as an example,this paper studies tourists' perception of tour guides' descriptions,explanatory boards,printed materials and tourists' center,and puts forward that tourists' satisfaction with tourist description system could be improved by enhancing tour guides' comprehensive service ability,perfecting the management of scenic signs system,highlighting the features of scenic areas,paying more attention to the planning of tourists center,setting up intelligent description system,strengthening the construction of relevant websites and so on.The present study might be a useful reference to the establishment of a good tourist description system in Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area as well as some relevant practices in other places in China.
