摘 要:采用钠-钙双碱法在撞击流气液反应器中脱除硫酸尾气中的SO_2,探讨了模拟硫酸尾气中SO_2质量浓度、吸收液Na OH质量分数、液气比和雾化压力等因素对脱硫效率的影响。研究表明:当模拟硫酸尾气中SO_2质量浓度越低、吸收液Na OH质量分数越高、液气比和雾化压力越高时,脱硫率越高。当模拟硫酸尾气中SO_2质量浓度在800—2 400 mg/m^3范围内时,优化得到的脱硫工艺条件为:吸收液Na OH质量分数为2.0%,液气比为0.34—0.36 L/m^3,对应雾化压力为1—1.2 MPa。在此条件下,脱硫率可高于97%,其脱硫后尾气SO_2质量浓度小于100 mg/m^3,远低于GB26132—2010规定的排放标准。The sodium-calcium double alkali method was used to remove sulfur dioxide in sulfuric acid tail gas in impinging stream gas-liquid reactor. The effects of the SO_2 mass concentration of simulated sulfuric acid tail gas,the Na OH mass fraction of absorbent,liquid-gas ratio and atomization pressure on desulfurization rate were investigated. The results show that with the lower SO_2 mass concentration,the higher Na OH mass fraction,the higher liquid-gas ratio and atomization pressure, the desulfurization rate is higher. When the SO_2 mass concentration of simulated sulfuric acid tail gas is between 800 and 2 400 mg/m^3,the optimized conditions for impinging stream gas-liquid reactor removing sulfur are as follows: the absorption liquid Na OH mass fraction is2. 0%,the liquid and gas ratio is 0. 34-0. 36 L/m^3,the atomization pressure is 1-1. 2 MPa. Under above conditions,the desulfurization rate is above 97%,the SO_2 mass concentration of the tail gas is below 100 mg/m^3,which is far lower than the emission standard stipulated by GB26132-2010.
