摘　　要：从数字图书馆门户网站现状出发,指出用户认知与数字图书馆门户网站之间的矛盾,探讨制约数字图书馆门户网站用户认知的主客观因素,进而构建数字图书馆门户网站认知模型,并尝试提出一些基于用户认知的数字图书馆网站用户个性化服务措施。Based on present situation of digital library＇s web portal,this article points out the contradiction between users＇ cognition and digital library＇s web portal,discusses the subjective and objective factors which hinder the development of users＇ cognition of digital library＇s web portal. Then it constructs the users＇ cognitive mode of digital library＇s web portal and tries to propose some users＇ individualized service measures of digital library＇s web portal based on users＇ cognition.
