摘　　要：通过对美国高校图书馆促进大学生就业具有注重大学生德育教育、就业服务系统化、就业人员专业化、充足的经费保障、完善的图书馆服务等特点的分析,借鉴美国高校图书馆大学生就业服务先进经验,为加强我国的宏观调控和指导、开展大学生就业网络信息服务、优化馆藏结构、整合行业资源、开展互动交流与咨询等方面进行了探讨。Through analyzing American university library promoting college students＇ employment the characteristics of paying attention to college students＇ moral education,systematizing employment service,professionalizing staff,adequate financial support and perfect library service,this research provides valuable experience for strengthening our country＇s macro regulation and guidance,carrying out university students＇ employment network information service,optimizing the library＇s structure,integrating industry resources,developing interactive communication and consulting through learning from the advanced experience of the college students＇ employment service in American university library.
