摘　　要：房屋加层可缓解城市建设用地紧张,节省城市配套设施费;节省拆迁、建筑垃圾运输和征地费用,而且审批程序简单快捷,施工周期较短。本文以某公寓楼加层工程为例,通过研究分析,提出了下部基础隔震上部轻钢加层的新方法,对隔震体系进行了系统力学分析,对轻钢结构柱根部提出了增设加强筋并灌注局部混凝土的构造措施,轻钢结构墙、屋面全部采用成品轻体板材,探索了一种结构安全度高、投资少、工期短的加层方案,对类似工程有很好的借鉴推广意义。The technologies of adding story could relieve urban land shortage and save urban utility fee,and it could save traffic expense of construction waste,housing removal fee and land expropriation fee. Procedures for examination and approval for this technology is simple and shortcut. And its construction period is short. In this paper,taking a story-added engineering on a certain apartment for example the new method of base isolation on substructure and light-steel adding story on superstructure is suggested. The isolation technology is analyzed. The construction measures that stiffener is set on the root of column and concrete is poured in local of light-steel structure are produced. The light-steel bearing wall and the roof are all made of lightweight plate. The plan of adding story,which has high safety degree,less investment and short construction period,is explored. And it provides reference to popularize.
