糠醛气相脱羰催化反应特征与过程设计

摘　　要：通过分析脱羰反应原料性质、产物性质、反应过程、反应特征,设计制备了负载型Pd-Ni-K/Al2O3催化剂,并设计了固定床管式反应器,实验结果表明催化剂具有良好的活性,反应器具有良好的稳定性能和操作性能。By analyzing the material properties,product properties,reaction process and characteristics of decarbonylation.We designed and fabricated supported Pd- Ni- K / Al2O3 catalyst,and designed a fixed bed tubular reactor. The experimental results showed that the catalyst had good activity. The reactor also has good stability and operational performance.
