摘 要:根据思山岭铁矿副井工程条件及凿井装备配套与施工工艺,对凿井吊桶的结构形式进行初步设计,利用SAP2000软件进行5种工况条件下的模拟研究,初步设计的吊盘结构内力满足安全要求,具有较高的安全系数。对吊盘圈梁、立柱构件型号调整后进行模拟,结果表明调整后的吊盘结构受力能满足要求,通过优化设计减少了吊盘重量,有利于保障提升安全。According to the auxiliary shaft engineering conditions,supporting equipment of shaft sinking and construction technology of Sishanling Iron Mine,the structure form of shaft sinking bucket was preliminarily designed.Simulation research was carried out in five kinds of operating conditions by using SAP2000 software.The structural internal force of preliminarily-designed sinking platform met the safety requirements and had high safety coefficient.The simulation of sinking platform frame and pillar type after adjustment was conducted on.The results showed that the sinking platform structure can meet the force requirements.By optimizing the design,the weight of sinking platform is reduced and it is helpful to improve its safety.
