基于德尔菲法的卫生监督公众满意度评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：[目的]研制一套卫生监督公众满意度评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法,通过2轮专家咨询建立评价指标体系。[结果]专家咨询的权威系数为0.812,判断系数为0.822,熟悉系数为0.802,最终确定卫生监督公众满意度评价指标体系,包括一级指标3个,二级指标12个;指标的重要性和可操作性协调系数分别为0.279、0.155,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。[结论]采用德尔菲法科学确定了卫生监督公众满意度评价指标体系各指标的权重,专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,可为卫生监督机构公众满意度评价提供参考依据。Objective Study a set of public satisfaction evaluation index system of health supervision. Methods Delphi technique was used to formulate the evaluation index system through a two- round expert consultation. Results The experts＇ authority coefficient is 0. 812,coefficient of determination is 0. 822,and familiar coefficient is 0. 802. Finally determinate the evaluation index system health supervision which includes 3 items first- level indicator,12 items second- level indicator. The coordination coefficients of the index＇s significance and maneuverability were0. 279 and 0. 155（ P〈0. 05）,there was statistical significance in difference. Conclusions Scientificly determinate public satisfaction evaluation index system of health supervision based by Delphi. Experts opinion are concentration,the result is science and reliability,it can provide references for public satisfaction evaluation health supervision institutions.
