卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：[目的]研制一套卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法,通过2轮专家咨询建立评价指标体系。[结果]专家咨询的权威系数为0.834,判断系数为0.835,熟悉系数为0.833,最终确定卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系,包括一级指标6个,二级指标23个;指标的重要性和可操作性协调系数分别为0.367、0.293,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用德尔菲法确定了卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系各指标的权重,专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,可为卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价提供参考依据。Objective To study a set of evaluation index system of health supervision management. Methods Delphi technique was used to formulate the indicator system through a two- round experts consultation. Results The experts＇ authority coefficient was 0. 834,coefficient of determination was 0. 835,and familiar coefficient was 0. 833. The indicator system consisted of 6 first- level indicators,23 second- level indicators. The coordination coefficients of the indicators＇ significance and maneuverability was 0. 367 and 0. 293 respectively（ P 0. 05）,there was statistical significance. Conclusions The indicator system are reliable and scientific,which can confirm authority of satisfaction evaluation index system of health supervision management. The expert opinion is concentrate,the result is scientific and reliable. It can provide references for satisfaction evaluation index system of health supervision management.
