摘　　要：[目的]对卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系进行实证研究,以检验该指标体系的科学性和适用性。[方法]选取浙江省杭州市、台州市和衢州市三地进行现场调查,用调查数据检验指标体系的信度与效度,并用综合评分法、TOPSIS法、综合指数法等三种综合评价方法对三地市的卫生监督公众满意度进行综合评价与排序。[结果]指标体系信度检验的Cronbach'sα系数为0.936,效度检验则采用因子分析方法提取了7个公因子,其累计贡献率达到69.597%。采用三种综合评价方法的浙江省三地市的卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价基本结果一致。[结论]卫生监督管理相对人满意度评价指标体系信、效度良好,能够用于卫生监督工作的管理相对人满意度评价。Objective The empirical research on the evaluation index system of relevant person satisfaction with health supervision is carried out to test the scientific and applicability of the index system. Methods Selected Hangzhou,Taizhou and Quzhou city to conduct on- site investigation,the reliability and validity of the index system was tested by survey data. Three comprehensive evaluation Methods,such as comprehensive score,TOPSIS and comprehensive index method were used to evaluate the public satisfaction of health supervision in three cities. Results The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient which described reliability test of the index system was 0. 936,the cumulative contribution rate was 69. 597%after validity test with extraction of 7 common factors through factor analysis. The evaluation Results from the three comprehensive evaluation method were consistent. Conclusions The evaluation index system of relevant person satisfaction with health supervision has good reliability and validity,can be used for relevant person satisfaction evaluation of health supervision in Zhejiang province.
