摘　　要：[目的]了解监管场所公安、司法干警对艾滋病知识的知晓情况、态度及行为(KAP)的现状及特点,为监管场所公安、司法干警预防艾滋病职业暴露及日常管理提供心理支持,为艾滋病罪犯监狱管理提供科学依据。[方法]采用自行设计问卷,对197名监管场所公安、司法干警进行艾滋病基本知识、职业暴露危险、预防及暴露后处理等知识,以及对艾滋病人和自身对艾滋病态度行为进行调查。[结果]监管场所公安、司法干警艾滋病基本知识回答平均正确率为61.17%,医务人员的艾滋病知识得分高于一线和机关干警,不同性别、年龄、文化程度及工作年限的干警的艾滋病得分差异无统计学意义;大部分监管场所公安、司法干警对艾滋病人的认知、意图及行为持积极态度,一半左右的干警存在负性情绪;干警对艾滋病防治知识教育有强烈需求,干警遭遇职业暴露后的应对行为缺乏科学性和有效性。[结论]监管场所公安、司法干警对艾滋病知识有一定了解,但应对能力不足,应加强相关培训,特别针对一线警察,提高其对艾滋病预防、控制及管理等综合能力。Objective This paper is aiming for studying the current situation and characteristics of attitude and behavior of prison officers toward HIV / AIDS so as to provide psychological support for the professional exposure of the HIV / AIDS prevention and daily management of the prison officers,offering scientific basis to the prison management of HIV / AIDS crime. Methods By means of questionnaires,this paper investigated197 prison officers about HIV / AIDS basic knowledge,the danger,prevention and post- treatment of professional exposure as well as the HIV /AIDS patients and their attitude toward HIV / AIDS. Results It was concluded from this paper that the average HIV / AIDS accuracy of prison officers was 61. 17% and medical staff scored higher than the first- line prison officers and the prison officers in the office on HIV / AIDS knowledge. Prison officers with different gender,age,education and the working time got the same score on HIV / AIDS knowledge. The majority of prison officers held a positive attitude toward the cognition,intention and behavior of HIV / AIDS patients,but half of the prison officers had the negative feelings. Prison officers had the strong demand for the education of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge. Their coping behavior was lack of scientific and feasible when prison officers addressing professional exposure. Conclusions Prison officers have some knowledge about HIV /AIDS,but their ability dealing with the crisis is weak. So it is necessary especially for first- line prison officers to enhance the training for improving their comprehensive ability to prevent and control HIV / AIDS.
