摘　　要：在经历了一个经济高速发展的常态之后,我国开始进入了一个经济由高速增长转向中高速增长的新常态。新常态下我们将面临着更为复杂的社会治理难题,社会福利治理作为社会治理的一个重要组成部分对新常态下的中国社会治理有着不可忽视的作用。本届社会福利论坛以"新常态下的社会福利治理"为主题,参会代表共同探讨了新常态下我国的社会福利治理理念和方向,对推动我国社会福利治理的发展有着重要意义。After a long period of rapid economic growth, our economy has entered a new phase,mid-to-high-speed growth, which is much different from the high-speed pattern shown in the past. It is called'new normal', in which we will face more complicated public governance challenges. As an important part of public governance, social welfare has a significant effect under the'new normal'. On the seventh conference of'China social welfare'based on the theme of'social welfare management under the new normal', many experts and scholars discussed the philosophy and direction of social welfare management. Hopefully, this conference would play a positive role to promote the development of social welfare management in our country.
