摘　　要：利用Lab Windows/CVI虚拟测控软件具有的超强实时数据采集和处理能力以及丰富的图形用户界面设计功能,开发出AV4446示波器虚拟面板软件。详细介绍如何使用IVI仪器驱动器和多线程技术,以实现数据采集和显示。By adopting the superior powerful capability for real- time data acquisition and data processing,as well as the rich GUI design functions provided by Lab Windows / CVI virtual measurement and control software,developed the virtual panel of AV4446 oscilloscope. In detail,the paper show the way how to use the IVI（ Intelligent Virtual Instruments） instruments driver and multithreading technology,acquire data and display data.
