摘 要:二甲苯是重要的化工原料,主要应用于合成橡胶、油漆印染、合成纤维等诸多生产领域。二甲苯的排放不但危害人类健康,也对大气造成严重污染,因此必须进行回收处理。冷凝法是二甲苯回收的常见方法。本文基于化工模拟软件ASPENPLUS,对间二甲苯~空气二元体系混合物的露点温度进行了详细的分析和计算,得到了不同压力、浓度下间二甲苯露点温度的变化曲线,为冷凝法高效回收二甲苯提供了依据和参考。M^xylene is a kind of important raw material in chemistry engineering which is mainly used in synthetic rubber,printing and dyeing, synthetic fiber and many other fields. However, the discharge of M^xylene without treatment is harmful to human beings and polluting the environment. So, it must be recovered and classified. Condensation is a kind of method which is used for M^xylene recovery. In this paper, the software ASPEN PLUS was used to calculate and analyze the dew point of M^xylene in the mixture of M^xylene and air. The curvature of the dew point with different pressure and volume fraction was obtained, the data provide us a base for the design of condensation.
