摘 要:雷击是造成复合材料结构内部损伤的一个重要原因,导致复合材料性能严重退化,直接影响飞行安全。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了碳纤维复合材料IM600/133层合板雷击损伤模型,根据材料属性随温度变化情况模拟材料的性能衰退规律,进行了热电耦合分析,重点对雷击过程中层合板内部的电场分布和温度场分布进行了模拟仿真。分析结果表明:雷击过程中雷击附着点处电势变化与雷击电流波形相似;温度场分布受层合板铺层方向影响较大,同时还受到相邻层热传导的影响;雷击损伤主要集中在雷击初期。Lightning is an important cause of internal damage of composite structures, it leads to severely degraded performance of composite material and directly affects flight safety. A lightning damage model of the carbon fiber composite material IM600/133 laminates is established with finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The model simulates the law of materials' recession depending on the material properties with temperature changes. Ther- moelectric coupling analysis is conducted for the model. Electric field distribution and temperature distribution of the internal laminate are simulated during the lightning. Results show that the potential variation at the lightning attachment point is similar to the lightning current waveform during a lightning; the temperature distribution is influenced by the laminate ply direction, but also by the heat conduction effect of an adjacent layer; lightning damages appear mainly in the early lightning.
