城镇幼儿园教育问题及对策研究——以辽宁省彰武县城镇为例

摘　　要：幼儿园教育是国家教育的基础,是祖国发展民族振兴的根本。抓好幼儿园教育越来越成为我国教育发展、改革的重点工作。然而我国广大城镇地区经济发展相对缓慢,科学文化教育水平相对落后,幼儿园教育资源相对缺乏,机构管理不完善。这严重影响了城镇地区学前教育水平的提高,不利于这些地区人才的培养,进而影响了城镇经济社会的发展速度。此文以辽宁省彰武县为例,在对城镇幼儿园教育状况深入研究的基础上,发现了城镇幼儿园教育中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策。Preschool education is the foundation of national education as well as the basis for the development and rejuvenation of the country.Paying special attention to preschool education increasingly becomes the focus of education development and the reform work in our country.However,the economy development of general urban areas in our country is relatively slow,scientific and cultural education level is relatively backward,the education resources are in sufficient and organization management is not perfect.This serious impacts the level of preschool education and is unfavorable to the cultivation of talent in these areas.Thus the economic and social development is affected.This article takes Zhangwu County in Liaoning Province for example,finds the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
