摘 要:以油葵杂交种P6、P29、P65、S13和P50为试验材料,采用土培300、350和400 mmol/L 3个不同浓度Na Cl和水培100、120和150 mmol/L 3个不同浓度Na Cl胁迫处理的植株进行形态观察,并对水培120 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫处理第9天的植株进行耐盐性鉴定;水培120和150 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫处理,测定P50和P29的可溶性蛋白含量、Pro含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性5项耐盐相关生理生化指标,探讨不同油葵杂交种间对盐胁迫的响应差异。结果表明:1)5个油葵杂交种幼苗的耐盐性表现为P50>P65>P6>S13>P29。其中P50和P65的盐害指数分别为0和5.83%,为极强耐盐类型;S13和P6的盐害指数分别为40.28%和51.39%,为中度耐盐类型;P29的盐害指数为80.83%,为盐敏感类型。2)P50和P29品种间比较,5项指标呈现极显著差异;3)同一品种的不同浓度间比较,5项指标呈现极显著差异,不同浓度Na Cl胁迫下,随处理时间的延长,P50的可溶性蛋白含量呈现升高的趋势,P29呈先升后降的趋势;P50和P29的Pro含量、SOD活性和POD活性的变化趋势相似,呈现先升高后降低的趋势;P50和P29的MDA含量呈现升高的趋势。研究表明,盐逆境对油葵幼苗的生长有明显伤害,但P50与P29受到的伤害差异程度达极显著,整体上P50表现出对盐胁迫具有较强抗性。5 oil sunflower hybrids, P6, P29, P65, S13 and P50, are used to study the plant morphologies of the soil culture at 3 different concentrations of NaC1, 300, 350 and 400 mmol/L, and the plant morphologies of the water culture at 3 different concentrations of NaC1, 100, 120 and 150 mmol/L. The tolerance to the salt stress is identified for the water culture with 9 day's treatment of 120 mmol/L NaC1. Five physiological and biochemical indexes, including the soluble protein content, the Pro content, the MDA content, the SOD activity, and the POD activity about the salt-tolerance of water cultures of P50 and P29 are determined by two treatments of 120 and 150 mmol/L concentrations of NaC1, to investigate the different responses to the salt stress among oil sunflower hybrids. Results show: 1) The salt tolerance capacities of five oil sunflower hybrids are in the following order: P50 〉 P65 〉 P6 〉 S13 〉 P29. With respect to the degree of salt tolerance, P50 and P65 are very strong salt-tolerant types, S13 and P6 are moderate salt-tolerant types, P29 is a very weak sah-tolerant type. 2) Five indexes show a very significant difference between P50 and P29. 3) Five indexes show very significant difference by comparing with different concentrations of the same species of P29 and P50. P50 shows a strong resistance to the salt stress.
