军用液态危险品公路集装运输风险分析

摘　　要：军队采用专业化的罐式集装箱运输军用液态危险品,实现了装箱地至卸料地无中间环节的直达,由于危险品特殊的理化性质,运输中依然存在不可避免的潜在风险。在辨析相关风险因素基础上,运用事故模式影响及危害性分析方法对危险品公路集装运输中的风险因素进行分析,得到各类事故模式的风险度排序,通过绘制风险度矩阵图,可为确定采取安全改进措施的先后顺序提供参考。Direct transport of military hazardous liquid from the loading point to the unloading point has been realized in our army by employing specialized tank containter. However,the special physical and chemical properties of hazardous liquid means there still exist potential risks during the transportation. In this paper,these risks are identified and analyzed by Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis（ FMECA）. The resulting ranking list and matrix chart are of reference value to the determination of the priority of safety measures to be taken in the transportation.
