摘　　要：为实现军用油料的优质、精确保障,提高军用油料保障效益,针对目前我军油料保障存在的问题,在分析军用油料精确保障基本要求的基础上,构建了军用油料精确保障供应链和组织模型,提出了提高军用油料精确保障能力的对策建议。To optimize and refine military oil support of our army and cut down support cost,this paper first analyzes the existing problems,and then the basic support requirements are analyzed,the supply chain and organization models are constructed and countermeansures are presented.
