摘  要:前列腺癌的发生与发展经历一系列复杂的过程,细胞内信号通路的异常是前列腺癌发生发展的重要机制之一。研究表明Hedgehog信号通路、Wnt信号通路、Notch信号通路和MAPK信号通路与前列腺癌的发生、浸润、转移等有密切关系。本文就现阶段与前列腺癌发生发展相关的信号转导通路的研究进展作一简要综述,以期为临床早期诊断和防治前列腺癌提供新的靶点和参考。The development and progression of prostate cancer is a complex process. Abnormalities in the intracellular signaling pathway are important mechanisms in the development and progression of prostate cancer. Previous studies have demonstrated that the Hedgehog signaling pathway, WNT signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway played important roles in prostate cancer development, progression and metastasis. In this paper, we made a brief summary on the relevant signal transduction pathway in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer, expecting to provide new targets, techniques and means for preventing and early diagnosing and treating of prostate cancer.
