拓新发展模式,激活新农村文化建设——临沂市莒南县农村文化建设研究

摘　　要：文化是一个民族的灵魂。农村文化建设是社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分。莒南县作为红色革命的沃土,早在革命战争年代就有文化建设的印记。近年来,按照文化惠民工程建设的总体要求,以县文广新局为主广泛开展完善公共文化设施为重点内容的农村文化建设活动,建立起乡镇综合文化站、村级文化大院、农家书屋,通过乡村大舞台打造"一村一品"的乡镇文化品牌,经过几年的探索和实践,初步形成具有自身特色的新农村文化建设"莒南模式"。Culture is the soul of a nation. The countryside cultural construction is an important part of the socialist cultural construction. As a red base of the revolution, the county of Junan had set up the cultural construction as early as the revolutionary war. In recent years, according to the general requirements of Cultural Projects Benefitting the People, Led by the Bureau of Culture, Radio, Press and Publication, the activities of countryside cultural construction, which mainly includes the improvement of the public cultural facilities, have been developed widely. The complex culture stations, countryside cultural patios, and farmers＇ reading rooms have been set up. The countryside culture Brand of ＂Every countryside has its own bright brand＂ has bee n built up through the big stage of the countryside. Having been Exploring and practicing for several years, Junan Mode, which has its own special characteristics of new countryside cultural construction, has got the initial formation.
